BODY FIRM-An entire hour devoted to stretching, toning, strengthening and shaping your body.  This class includes upper body and lower body exercises on and off the floor. 

CORE INTERVALS- This class will alternate between a variety of cardio conditioning exercises such as hi-low, step, kickboxing with total body strengthening moves. This class is sure to leave you feeling motivated.

CORE SCULPT-
Multi-level total body conditioning class targeting all major muscle groups with the use of bars, tubes, balls, BOSU, etc. This class will elevate your heart rate periodically to improve overall metabolism.     

GROUP TRAINING - If you are not getting results from your current routine you may not be training effectively. Our certified trainers will provide you with the tools, knowledge, and motivation for you to notice a difference with our 6 week program. This class is limited to 8 participants and runs 2X per week for 6 weeks. Get the benefits of personal training at a significant savings. KICK-N-ABS- Don't let the name fool you, all levels are welcome to this class. Kickboxing is one of the best fat burning and toning exercise routines you can do. You will focus on proper form and technique and strengthen your core with some serious abdominal exercises. 

MUSCLE SCULPT- This is a complete body conditioning class, using high resistance training and low repetitions. You will train at least 80% of repetition maximum with only 5-10 repetitions. You will be sure to notice a difference in muscle definition and strength.

PILATES- This is a series of exercises designed to strengthen the core muscles and develop the rest of the body around that stable core. Breathing, posture, and alignment are emphasized throughout the workout. This class will increase strength, endurance and flexibility.   

USE IT OR LOSE IT- Challenge your endurance, strength, cardio and agility while engaged in various intervals of fitness-building drills. You will use a variety of fitness equipment in this class.  This class is for all levels.

YOGA-This class combines strength and flexibility into a single dynamic workout. It is designed to develop usable, integrated strength and flexibility of the entire body and to train the neuromuscular system as a whole. It may consist of weighted strength training, yoga based flexibility and pilates combinations.

ZUMBA- A fusion of Latin and international music- dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness workout.  It is a mixture of easy to follow dance steps with body sculpting movements.  Come and Zumba today!

CYCLE CLASS DESCRIPTIONS


ALL TERRAIN CYCLE- a high endurance ride that offers all type of riding terrain (ie hills, flat, sprint)

ENDURANCE- this class will take you through different types of terrain, requiring the rider to maintain stamina and strength.

HILL TERRAIN
- a cycle class that will focus on climbing for most of the ride. 

INTERVALS- this ride will take you from cruising speed to a high intensity sprint through out the class.

POWER CYCLE
- the name pretty much explains itself, full of power !  This ride will challenge even the fittest.
